  • At Dow Brook Canine Country Club, every day is thoughtfully structured to provide a balance of activities and relaxation. Our daily timetables ensure that your dogs enjoy a variety of experiences, from energizing walks to engaging play sessions.

  • Immerse your dogs in the beauty of nature with our diverse walk rotations. From exploring enchanting woods to wandering by serene lakes and hedgerow walks, our expertly crafted routes cater to your dog's need for adventure and discovery. The dogs are walked in small groups and groups are selected by size and compatibly.

  • Let your furry friends unleash their energy in our outdoor play paddock. Our safe and hygenic floodlit sand paddock offers high fence and full drainage which guarantees hours of fun and exercise in all weather without the mud, allowing your dogs to have a blast.

  • Running dogs in a large pack has a huge effect on their temperament. Dogs need their own space to unwind and turn off. Each dog is assigned their own kennel which offers a peaceful space for dogs to take a nap, or simply chill and bask in the tranquility of their surroundings. The individual chill out zones are cosy and warm with elevated beds. We encourage our members to bring home comforts as who doesn’t prefer their own pillow to ensuring a truly relaxing experience

  • Peace of mind - We understand how important it is to stay connected with your pets. Receive daily updates on your dog's activities, interactions, and overall wellbeing, ensuring you're always in the loop. Experience extended peace of mind knowing we are at the end of a mile long private drive, away from hazardous busy roads. In addition we have full farm CCTV coverage that allow us to keep a constant eye on the comings and goings as well as your dogs wellbeing.

  • Renting a field provides a safe and controlled environment for dogs to run, play, and socialise either on their own or with other dogs. It allows for off-leash exercise, which can be essential for the physical and mental well-being of dogs. We have 6 play paddocks to hire for either an hour or half an hour. We also offer a fully heated dog shower where you free to rinse off your dog before your journey home.

  • This additional service provides care outside of the regular Day Care hours. It allows members to drop off from 6am and not pick up until an 8pm. The wrap-around care program is there to support working parents or it’s a good option if you just want to go out for dinner.

  • Part and parcel of farm life is the joy of muddy puddles and squelchy fields. However, the reality is not quite as joyous. During wet weather all dogs will be rinsed and robed at the end of the day. If you would like your dog to have a full shampoo & set then this is an additional service we offer

  • Overweight dogs face several health risks, just like overweight humans. It's important to maintain a healthy weight for your dog to ensure their overall well-being. Dangers associated with overweight dogs are issues such as joint problems; heart disease; Diabetes; respiratory issues; increased risk of cancer; heat intolerance; digestive issues; skin problems; compromised immune function and decreased life expectancy. We offer a 4 week fitness plan which starts with a vet check and then is comprised of a bespoke fitness timetable and nutritional regime to get your dog back on track

  • When selecting a dog sitter, it's essential to choose a reliable and trustworthy individual or a service that can meet your pet's needs and your expectations. As all the dogs we look after are vetted in order to become a member then we can do as such. Your dog can stay in a familiar environment, reducing stress and anxiety that can occur when placed in a new or unfamiliar setting. You can have peace of mind knowing that your dog is in the hands of a responsible and experienced caregiver, reducing the worry and stress that can come with leaving your pet behind.

  • Dogs that attend socialisation classes learn to interact with other dogs and people in a controlled and supervised environment. This helps them develop proper socialisation skills, which are crucial for their overall well-being. Socialisation can lead to better behavior in dogs. They learn how to behave in public spaces, how to respond to commands, and how to handle different situations, making them more pleasant companions.

  • Puppy classes usually cover basic obedience commands like sit, stay, come, and walking on a leash. This foundational training is essential for developing good behaviour and communication between you and your puppy. You'll learn how to manage common puppy behaviours such as biting, jumping, and housebreaking. Trainers can offer guidance and solutions for addressing these issues effectively

  • Breed meet ups provide an excellent opportunity for dogs to socialise with other dogs of the same breed. This can help reduce fear and aggression and improve their overall behaviour around other dogs. Different dog breeds have different play styles and exercise needs. Breed meet ups ensure that dogs can engage in activities that are suitable for their breed, which can help keep them physically and mentally healthy. Plus owners can exchange information about the specific needs and characteristics of their breed

  • Over time your dogs bed can develop unpleasant odours, dust mites and pet dander which can affect anyone in the household especially those who may have allergies or asthma. Regularly cleaning your dog's bed helps maintain a clean and hygienic living environment for you and your pet, reducing the risk of skin irritations and infections. We offer a bed cleaning service as we all love our dogs dearly but nobody wants to share a washing machine with them.

  • Professional dog groomers offer a range of benefits, from ensuring your dog looks and feels their best to identifying and addressing potential health issues. While some dog owners prefer to groom their pets at home, the expertise and specialised services provided by professional groomers can be a valuable investment in your dog's overall care and well-being. We will have a professional groomer onsite one day a week to offer you this as another of our additional services
